John has been a key member of the Aerospace Optics team for nearly 40 years. As chairman and CEO of Aerospace Optics, John continues his commitments to quality, product research and innovation, efficient product processing, and the development of human resources that continually advance illuminated pushbutton switch technologies.

Loren Jensen
President and Chief Operating Officer
Loren joined Aerospace Optics in May 2006 and brings to the company an engineering background combined with broad business experience gained as a financial executive in national companies. Prior to joining AOI, Loren served in various executive financial positions for RadioShack Corporation, a Fortune 500 retailer of consumer electronics, and subsequently was CFO of Tuesday Morning Corporation, a nationwide retailer based in Dallas. Prior to joining RadioShack, he was a senior vice president at Chase Manhattan Bank. |

Since joining the company in 1977, JM has used his background in accounting, information systems and materials management to oversee his responsibilities. Continually improving and updating the IT system, he ensures other managers have access to timely information for decision making through a responsive system that evolves with the constantly changing demands of our customers. JM also administers Human Resource benefits, enabling the company to stay competitive and retain a stable employee base that enhances our customer services. |

Richard Norgaard
Special Projects Manager

Dick has served Aerospace Optics for over 33 years and currently acts as the company’s special projects manager. Until January 2007, Dick was the quality control manager, leading an experienced staff in supporting the needs of engineering, production, and research and development, as well as personally ensuring that all of our products meet the detailed quality specifications our customers demand. Dick's thorough understanding of mil-spec requirements and authority to certify product qualification and calibration systems combines with his stewardship of the ISO9001:2000 and AS9100:2001 Section 1 quality standard to ensure that Aerospace Optics remains a preferred supplier to customers in both commercial and military markets. |

Brian Wish
Quality Control Manager

Brian joined Aerospace Optics in 2006, taking over as quality control manager in 2007. He holds a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Prior to joining Aerospace Optics, Brian worked for seven years for General Motors. At General Motors, he filled a variety of positions in quality, gaining experience in both research and development and manufacturing. Brian’s depth and breadth of knowledge of quality systems and techniques makes him well suited to keep Aerospace Optics at the forefront of quality management practices. |
